10 yrs ago 5 of us including a foreign company started a business. 3 yrs later I resigned, but when I asked if I can leave part of my shares I was told I could not. 4 yrs later I am asked back in servces by the company and 3 yrs (i.e. 7yrs after resigning) after this I discover that it is nowhere written that I had to surrender the shares. I am very disappointed, can I do something about this? I would also like to know if there is a specific procedure that was required to legally surrender the shares. Thank You
