I'm the only brother amongst 4 sisters (we are all over 22 years of age) and our mother passed away in 2010 leaving a will that states that all five of us have an equal share to her apartment which is currently valued at R140 00.00. We have had a discussion about the estate and come to conclude that as their brother I can change the estate to my name? How do we go about doing this and what are the costs involved in the process? I'm in possession of the original title deed.
