Question value: R 100.00
My husband was employed as a farm manager on a farm in Stellenbosch.
Part of our package was a house.
We asked the owners to build a braai area at the house which they ok’d, but we were told to pay so long and they will refund us.
The builder was present with this arrangement and now that we moved out, they do not want to pay. The builder is willing to testify, but I first want to send them a letter urging to pay ( letter of Demand ) and telling them that he will testify in court.
Can you help me with such a letter?
