I would like to know what my rights are regarding my claim on lying in expenses. The biological father of my child refused to help me with the costs relating to my pregnancy and hospitalization. When I took this matter up with the maintenance court where both parties have to go through mediation, I was advised I need to go to civil court for this matter. However, the maintenance application leaves space for that application. Please advise ?
