Good day,

I received a phone call from a debt collections company stating that I have a traffic fine that resulted in a warrant for my arrest.  The lady acknowledged that they have the incorrect address, and that is why I did not receive the summons.

I was advised to pay the traffic fine online via paycity.co.za.

I have logged on and when i try and pay for the traffic fine, a Admission of Guilt declaraion form appears.  I would like to pay the fine, but I am unsure if signing this admission of guilt form.

Please can you explain if there is any risk to me signing this form?
