Hello,

I received a Letter of Demand from a company saying that my logo was too similair to theirs.

They are both hearts (which I am sure there are thousands and thousands of logos with hearts!) but they are not identical and not even similliar in my opinion. However we are both similar brands in the Western Cape so she has sent me this letter.

She states that she is in the process of getting her logo trademarked--even so it's a different logo. If I copied it exactly I'd understand but I am actually lost for words!

I bought my logo from an overseas website about 4/5 months ago.

What can I do?

Thank you!

K.
