My mother tried to lodge a claim against my brother's money but the clerk from court told her she can't  process the documents since my brother has a small child and send her home to fetch the baby's mother and bring her along (she kept the documents)

But now we've found out the court clerk has processed the documents together with baby's mother without my mother.

What can we do to stop this as family??
