Good day. 

i hav signed and OTP for a plot in SunBird Park. I have then waited for the seller to sign en transfered the money as well as the fees for the attorneys.

i have discovered that the area we buying in is not good. gansterisme, drugs and a growing informal settlement.

I then ask the attorney and seller for advice as we would like to cancell.they respond to say that they will take legal ation. we now have received a letter of demand. need to respond with in 7 days.

Please advice me if i can get out of this.
