We have just been made aware that either at the end of this month or atleast by 22 December one of our car dealerships are closing down. we have another branch in cape town which is remaining open. I have been working here for a bout 5 months and no contract was ever given to myself. last month was the first time i even received a payslip. So now based on this information that was given i just need to know what my rights are and if there is anything i can do about it? and if there isnt anything what should i expect from my employer upon termination?
