I live in a block of flats that has 4 rooms in each unit, there are two communal bathrooms and a communal "so called" kitchen. Most of the units have only one working batroom and the landlord has diconnected all the geysers in the units, to save her from electricity bill, although we are paying for the service its included in our rent. we also have a problem with electrical socket and switches some are open and have wires sticking out of the boxes, there are little children living in the building. the place is also riddled with cockroaches. what can we do as tenants?
