Good day,

I wish to enquire whether it is legally considered extortion or blackmail for a company (who is sub-contracting me) to threaten legal action (alleged breach of contract for sharing my time commitments with one of the company's clients, for a project I am working on, where it is stated that the company's "schedules" are confidential IP) if I do not agree to doing additional, out of contract work (that I cannot do due to another unrelated commitment)?
