Good morning, a quick bit of advise please..... I was forced, under great duress, to cut down a magnificent tree i have nurtured for the past 30 years as the property next door was subdevided into 6 small portions. Their electric fence was damaged in the process. My question is can I claim for reperation for my loss of the tree as I now need to replace it with another and is the slight damage to the electric fence not covered by his homeowners insurance ?
