Please can you assist me I got a sms saying that I got a fine for speeding and when I went t to check on pay city I saw that I have 2 outstanding fine one was in 2016 and 2018 and both where with my company car and I have never received any letter or notification of these 2 fine the only one I was informed about the one for 2019/03/31

Should the letter go to the company and then they will forward the letter onto me or is it my responsibility to check to see whether I have an outstanding fine or not.
