Good Day, I fall behind in rent. My landlord and switch our electricity off even though it is prepaid. This was two weeks ago. He said he has every right to do that. I explained to him that my daughter is a diabetic and her medicine has to stay at a certain temperature. He said that means nothing to him. Got home last night and he interested a 'bird lock' into the lock. So we could not get into the flat last night. He said he has ever right to do that. I have received no summons or court order.
