My 20 year old daughter has been unfairly dissmissed from a job where she has been working for a year. There have been no disciplinary actions taken against her while she was employed there. The bosses reason was that the other two female employees she worked with did not like her and that they were applying pressure on him to get rid of her or else both of them would resign. He fired her effective immediately and she was asked to leave the premises. What I would like to know is does my daughter have grounds to take the two colleagues to court for costing her her job?
